JMC: LOOKS LIKE THE BLOODHORSE ILLITERATE OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING HAVE LEFT BRITISH HORSERACING UP THE CREEK WITH ONLY A PLANK FOR A PADDLE.
JMC: Looks like all the British Local County Councils are in breach of Office of Fair Trading Law in a similar way, to that found going on within the Jockey Club. Who were caught out by this office because they owned most of the best British racecourses, and still do. The Rules of British horseracing, the regulation and the disciplinary zones of British horseracing had to be separated, removed from the authority of the Jockey Club. The big problem now is the bloodhorse illiterate rules, regulation and disciplinary departments that have followed along since have and are all bloodhorse illiterate. Through British political, legal and horseracing governments various mish-mash of tax deductions left ongoing over the last 7 decades burdened upon all those who work at the dangerous sharp end with the horses every day, without whom there would be no racing. Make no mistake about that. When are government going to face up to their massive fraudulent financial rip-off over the last 7 decades, when is this going to be stopped, and set to rights?
